Our partners enable us to provide traceability through conducting PT/ILC participation, regional recognition, and knowledge transfer. The partnerships also increase local and regional awareness of the importance of metrology through training and events.

Arab Metrology Program

ARAMET is a Regional Metrology Organization (RMO), established in 2012 under the umbrella of the Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organization (AIDMO). The main objective of AIDMO is to ensure Arab industrial integration and coordination and seeks to upgrade capacity-building in industry, mining, and standardization spheres.

Prior to that, the Organization had been one of the directorates in the Ministry of Industry and Trade from 1972 to 1994.
